Favorite Valentine Sweet Tables

I hope everyone had a great weekend and is ready for a fabulous week!  Easy for me to say, I only have a 1 day work week and it ends today at 5pm! 🙂

Crafting: Heart Garland

Good morning friends!  Valentine’s Day is right around the corner and I’ve been doing some decorating with heart garland that’s super easy and fun to make!

I started with punching out some hearts using Martha Stewart’s heart punch. 

You can use paint chips as shown above, or in my case, card stock.  A sewing machine (which I don’t have but want!) works good with this craft as well.  I just used a needle and thread and threaded the cut out hearts until I had my desired length.  They came out really cute!

And here’s my little Valentine’s Day tree 🙂

Hello there and good morning!  I can’t believe it’s already mid-January and Valentine’s Day is quickly approaching.  I’ve started to decorate my place for one of my favorite times of the year; who doesn’t love hearts, candy, and flowers?!  There’s so many darling Valentine inspiration out there, and I’m soaking it all in 🙂

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this photo shoot shot by the talented ladies of Simply Bloom Photography.  The details that went into this one are fabulous, I’m so in love! 

This might be my favorite shot … looovvveeee the heart confetti … too cute!

Will You Be My Groomsman and Best Man Cards from Wedding Chicks

Good afternoon!  Hope everyone had a fabulous New Years Day and is enjoying 2012 so far.

The Wedding Chicks blog is probably one of my favorite wedding sites to visit, and that’s exactly where I found the inspiration for my project today – Groomsman and Best Man downloadable cards 🙂  Sometimes it seems like the guys get left out when it comes to all the wedding stuff, but the ladies over at Wedding Chicks made sure to include the boys on this one!

I loved the bridesmaid cards I sent out back in September, and now it’s time for the groomsman cards.  Ryan has already asked most of the guys, but this makes it a bit more official 😉

I printed the cards out on white card stock paper and then jazzed them up a bit with a black card stock paper border.  I love the way they came out, thank you Amy & Jocey for the great ideas!
