Valentine’s Day Decor

So I’m well aware that Valentine’s Day is over BUT I had to share with you all some of the pictures from my Valentine’s Party.

I used the cutest Love Sweet Love printables from The Sweetest Occasion.  Love the cupcake toppers and Love Sweet Love sign 🙂

I also printed out a little heart banner and straw flags from The Sweetest Occasion.

I added a little glitter to mine and used red baker’s twine to tie up the hearts.

And last but not least, my little Valentine’s tree with the cutest heart ornaments from JoyAnna.

Time to put away the Valentine’s Day decor and get ready for Easter!

Flower Friday

It’s Friday … yippee!  Took a trip to Home Depot for a couple of things and had to stop and admire all their gorgeous ranunculus!  So pretty and bright!

Montage, Laguna Beach

Hello all!  I meant to post this one yesterday but time got away from me! 

On Monday I went with some friends to the beautiful Montage Resort in Laguna Beach and what a fun day!  We started off at Mosaic Bar & Grille overlooking the ocean and Montage’s herb garden (so cute!), then made our way down to the beach for a mini photo shoot.

Oh so “Lover.ly”

Hello everyone!  How is your week going so far?  I’m definitely not complaining as it was another short week for me and I’m heading into a 4 day weekend 🙂

I wanted to share with you one of my new (well, new to me but it’s been around for awhile) favorite sites! 

Lover.ly allows you to have all your wedding inspriations in one spot, and place them in “bundles” or categories.  The site is super fun, easy to use, and packed with all sorts of wedding gorgeousness!  The hours this bride to be can spend on this site are crazy, why don’t you join me?

Valentine Burlap Banner

Is everyone almost ready for Valentine’s Day?  I love all the decorating and DIY projects this time of year.  One fun element I’m loving is Valentine banners and boy do I have a cute one for you!  In fact, this banner is the one I bought for our engagement session/wedding day decor.  The pictures don’t even do it justice, it’s the cutest thing ever!  Brandy from baybeedahlboutique makes the burlap banners, and you can check out her shop here.  There’s all kinds of different designs she sells, all of them unique and oh so cute 🙂

Live What You Love Turns 1!

Hello!  I’m sitting in the Las Vegas airport getting ready to board a plane back home to Orange County!  Had an amazing time in Utah, but so glad to finally be getting home and more importantly for our engagement session tomorrow!

I can’t believe a year has gone by since I started my little blog.  Many thanks to all of you for reading my posts and for your comments, I truly appreciate it.  Many more great things to come, stay tuned 🙂
