Save the Date Postcards

Good morning!  Hope everyone is doing well and enjoying their week so far. 

Would you like to see our save the dates?  I’m really pleased with how they turned out, and have been receiving good feedback on them from our guests.  I stumbled upon Pear Tree Greeting’s website in my search to find save the date postcards.  They did a fabulous job!  I’m considering even using them for our invitations later this year.  They offer all kinds of services from graduation cards, to bridal shower invitations, and children’s party invites.  It’s super easy to create your desired look on their website and shipping is unbelieveably fast.

It sure was hard picking my favorite pictures from our engagement session but I narrowed it down to two different shots, one looking at the camera and the other facing away.

The Not Wedding, San Diego

Good morning!  Hope everyone’s having a great week so far.  I wanted to share with you an event I attended a few weeks ago in Balboa Park, SD at the San Diego Air & Space Museum called The Not Wedding.  This event is an actual wedding, not real of course, but allows brides and grooms an opportunity to see vendors in action.  We had so much fun and met a lot of great people.  Here’s a few pictures from that night:

One of the best parts of the night was probably indulging in the dessert station, created by Dana of The Sunday Sweet.  Mini apple pies, peanut butter chocolate cupcakes, and banana pudding with wafers on top were just a few of my favorites.

Well hello there!  Hope everyone had a great Easter weekend and is ready for a fabulous week ahead.  Starting the week off with some darling wedding cake/cupcake toppers from Lisa Leonard Designs.  Each letter is fine pewter and has its own stand, perfect for cakes or cupcakes!  I think I saw these first on Pinterest (go figure ;)) and had to get my own!

Pinterest much?

I have a confession … I have an obsession with Pinterest!  Surprised … or not sure what Pinterest is?  Pinterest allows you to take your inspirations, photos, and ideas from all over the internet and keep them in organized folders or “pinboards.”  From wedding inspiration, recipes, crafts, merchandise, and home decor, Pinterest literally has it all!  I’ve found so many fabulous wedding ideas from this site it’s not even funny 🙂
