Pool Time!

Summer is almost over but it sure doesn’t feel like it here in Southern California! What better way to cool down then jump into a gorgeous pool right? I know this isn’t exactly wedding related, but I thought it was appropriate and these pools are fun to look at 🙂 Actually I can relate this post back to weddings since any of these pools would be an ideal honeymoon location!

Let’s start with this indoor/outdoor pool I came across while surfing the internet, isn’t it pretty?

One of my favorites … this is Hotel Caruso, Amalfi Coast, Italy – stunning! What a perfect honeymoon spot!

Keys to Your Heart

Hello and happy Thursday! I came across some charming little vintage keys in a fun shop while on my trip to Colorado last week which inspired my post today 🙂

“Key to Happiness”, “Key to my Heart”, and “Key to Love” are phrases I’m sure you all have heard. Keys certainly have a strong connection to love and hearts which make them a perfect theme for any vintage inspired wedding. Skeleton keys bring a classic feel to any wedding and make for darling details all your guests will appreciate. They also make the cutest escort cards!

If you’re having trouble finding the perfect stand for your wedding cake, I would check this company out! They also make cupcake stands as well.

Colorado Love

Greetings from the beautiful state of Colorado! So excited to be here on a week vacation with the family and enjoy my Uncle and Aunt’s fabulous property, Elk River Ranch. Looking forward to some motorcycle riding thru the mountains, kayaking, fishing, and one of my favorite pastimes, horseback riding!

Here’s a shot I snapped when we arrived at the ranch … the clouds really are amazing here!

Cupcakes make the world a better place! Thanks to OH!Cupcakes I found the cutest little cupcake decorations perfect for any kind of event. My Bohemian Summer makes darling paper origami cupcakes in all sorts of shapes and colors. These would be super cute for a birthday party or even a bridal shower. I think I’ll be ordering a handful for myself 🙂

Mr & Mrs Chair Signs

Good morning! Hope everyone had a fabulous weekend because I sure did! Congratulations to our friends Patti + Joey! It was a beautiful wedding, my fiance and I had a great time! I’m back to work for one week then off to Colorado for a vacation with the family, can’t wait!

Let’s get back into wedding stuff since I haven’t posted in awhile. I’ve always loved this little wedding detail and now I’m going to share it with all of you – chair signs! I think they’re super cute and add the perfect touch to the reception decor. I also found these darling Bride & Groom signs from The Wedding Chicks that you can print out right from their website and use – love them! They have two different styles to choose from.

Eddie + Frances’ Fun Las Vegas Wedding

Happy Monday everyone! The blog is going to be a little bit quiet this week because tomorrow I head out for Las Vegas for a couple days with some friends. No need to worry though because I’m leaving you with a modern, fun Las Vegas wedding photographed by the talented Chelsea Nicole Photography to keep you occupied 🙂 The details in this one are great, from an ice cream sundae bar to Frances’ stunning Christian Louboutin shoes which were the inspiration for her wedding colors/decor.
